Primary Teacher Phase Leader - Lewisham

Salary: £200 - £240 per day

Contract: Long term, Term Time Only

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 4pm

Start Date: ASAP

We are working with a primary PRU in the Lewisham area to recruit a passionate Teacher and Key Stage 2 Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator looking to take the next step in their leadership journey while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

About the Role:

This will be working across all year groups and work with there year 7 and year 8 intervention students.You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive school improvement, enhance pupil outcomes, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across all year groups
  • Leading and supporting colleagues
  • Monitoring pupil progress and supporting academic and personal development
  • Contributing to whole-school initiatives and strategic planning

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in upper Key Stage 2
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to inclusive and child-centred education
  • Ability to inspire pupils and staff alike
