We are currently working with an outstanding SEN school in Greenwich. They are recruiting Support workers to start ASAP. You will be supporting learners across Key stage 4 and 5.

The young adults have various needs including ASD, PMLD and SLD. Students have individualised plans and they require dynamic and enthusiastic staff to encourage and uplift students.

You will work on a 1:1 basis and within a classroom setting. You will follow the student's individual lesson plan, which mainly consist of life skills, therapies, work placements and outings. They are looking for strong staff members who are leaders and able to take charge during lessons. There will be some personal care involved, however for less experienced staff they are happy to offer training.

Ideally you will have some SEN experience, however they will consider applicants who have minimal experience, but have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key skills and experience needed:

Current Adult workforce DBS
Previous support work within an SEN school/college or other adult related experience
Professional manor
Enthusiasm and friendly approach
