PMLD Learning Support Assistant - Greenwich
Pay: £95-£115 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and caring PMLD Learning Support Assistant to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties in a specialist school in Greenwich. This is a highly rewarding role where you will help children access learning, develop independence, and thrive both socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with complex physical, sensory, and learning needs.

• Assist with personal care and manual handling where required.

• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging and inclusive learning opportunities.

• Encourage communication, interaction, and positive behaviour.

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people with PMLD or complex needs.

• Comfortable providing personal care and physical support (training provided if needed).

• Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
