SEN Advisory Outreach Teacher, Redbridge

Remedy Education are looking to appoint an SEN Advisory Teacher to join their team this September in the London Borough of Redbridge. This is an exciting role for an SEN Teacher who has Outreach experience to join a very well-run service.

This role could be ideal for a former Headteacher or SLT, or someone who is semi-retired.

What is the Support Service looking for?

• A qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS Outreach experience SEN experience especially with Autism, Speech and Language or physical difficulties
• Great organisational and communication skills
• Driving licence (the role will be remote)

You will be working to teach and support children with physical disabilities and experience/expertise working with these would be preferred.

The successful SEN Teacher will be joining a dynamic team, which provides an advice and support service to mainstream schools and settings around Redbridge. You will also provide support, training and activities for families. You will need to have a good understanding of SEN (Autism, physical disability, speech and communication etc), within a secondary or primary mainstream setting.
