Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Personal Advisor to work within a Leaving Care Service for Buckinghamshire County Council. You will be based within the Wycombe area.

Job Purpose

You will be designated as a "Keyworker", and take responsibility for the reviewing and updating of Pathway Plans 6 monthly, or when a major change of circumstance occurs in the young person life.

In addition you will develop and implement flexible and innovative ways of working with young people, enabling them to develop practical and emotional life skills and acquire self-esteem and confidence

About you

• You will have experience of working directly with young people, their families and carers.
• You should also have the ability to adapt readily to change and work effectively in a variety of situations, groups or with individuals.
