Remedy are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Lead to join our team, promoting an inclusive and nurturing ethos where all students feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in pupil welfare, behaviour, and attendance.
- Support and implement whole-school behaviour strategies.
- Mentor and guide students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Foster positive home-school links to support families and students.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or working with young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive, creative approach to improving student welfare.
