Work closely with tutors to deliver tailored learning and behaviour support.
Help students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs to develop coping skills and resilience.
Maintain consistent communication with the main school to monitor and report on student progress.
Use creative and flexible approaches to engage young people who may have experienced trauma or disrupted education.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with SEMH, behaviour support, or outreach students is highly desirable.
Calm, patient, and confident working with students who may display challenging behaviour.
A positive role model who can build strong, trusting relationships with young people.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one.
