Our client, Calderdale Council, is looking for an Operations Manager to join their Adults Service's and Wellbeing team

Provide operational management and take forward the adult social care vision and the new operating model based on strength and asset-based approaches. Represent Adult Social Care in the development and implementation of the five localities in Calderdale Cares. Take managerial responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and partnership working for your portfolio area. Ensure your portfolio area meets its statutory responsibilities with regard to legislation and safeguarding. Ensure the direct provision in your portfolio meets the regulatory requirements meets CQC standards. Manage the efficient and effective utilisation of all resources available to your portfolio. As a member of extended leadership team support the Directorate in the implementation of strategy, policy and delivery of the Directorate priorities.

Hybrid: A balance between working from home and from a designated council workplace allocation, attending other workplaces as required.
