12 staff members receive regular 1:1's and have access to daily support and advice. Additionally, dedicated management is required to ensure Safeguarding referrals are acted upon in a timely way, assessment and reviews are allocated and high risk cases have ongoing oversight. A dedicated Social Care Lead is also required to ensure that care and support plans are scrutinised and challenged to ensure that Statutory duties are carried out accordingly.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
