This role will involve;

Community occupational therapist with mixed case load including.
Complex moving and handling risk assessment, prescription of equipment and detailed personal handling plans.
Specialist assessment and intervention to maximise independence in activities of daily living.
Prescription of disability equipment and minor adaptations.
Recommendations for major adaptations to service users homes, including disabled facilities grants.
Assessment and completion of recommendations for re-housing on disability grounds.
Specialist equipment including seating, shower chairs etc.
