Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within a 0-25 Disability Team for Medway Council.

Job Purpose

• To contribute to the delivery of highly effective OT service in Children and Adult Services; undertaking quality OT assessments; use clinical reasoning to identify appropriate solutions and interventions to improve independence of service users ; making use of a range of equipment/enablement techniques and/or minor and major adaptations and/or housing solution options including rehousing reports.
• To work in partnership with external and internal teams to provide effective interventions to service users to maximise independence within the community and thus improving quality of life.
• To work within a structured time management practice; responding to risk and needs of service users.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a valid Drivers licence and have access to a car
