Your Day-to-Day

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that spark curiosity and learning.

• Track and record children's progress, supporting their next steps across the EYFS.

• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing each child's journey.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure every child thrives.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Childcare qualification - essential

• Experience in an early years setting, with a genuine love for childcare

• A positive, proactive, and caring personality with bundles of energy

• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child development

• A team player who brings creativity and enthusiasm to work every day
