Our client, Nottingham City Council is looking for an AMHP to join their team.

Candidates for this role must be a qualified and practising Approved Mental Health Professional

They are looking for AMHPs to cover the out of hours Emergency Duty Team. Shifts are 12 hours on a Saturday and Sunday; either 09:00 to 21:00 or 12:00 to 00:00. Out of hours work (23:00 - 06:00) is paid at X 1.33 rate. Job Role To work as an Approved Mental Health Professional, to carry out Mental Health Act assessments in line with the Local Authority's statutory duties. Working across a range of community and hospital settings in Nottingham City and the surrounding areas. To complete social circumstances reports and to attend mental health review tribunals on behalf of the authority.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
