Newly Qualified SEN Teacher - Chingford, East London

Remedy Education are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified SEN Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for Special Educational Needs to develop their teaching skills within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Create and implement effective strategies for behaviour management and differentiation in order to support the learning of all pupils.
* Monitor and track pupil progress, identifying areas of difficulty and developing intervention strategies.
* Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to pupil learning.
* Engage effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships in order to support pupil progress both at home and in school.
* Take responsibility for personal and professional development, seeking opportunities to learn and enhance teaching practice.
Requirements:
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Qualified Teacher Status.
* A clear understanding of the national curriculum and statutory requirements for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* A passion for providing high-quality, inclusive education that meets the needs of all pupils.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
* The ability to use a range of strategies to support pupil learning and progress.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
