Our client Newham Council is looking for a Principal Social Worker to join their team.

The Principal social worker assists in the development of policy and procedures and assessment templates, makes recommendations for future development of the service, ensuring the service is effective, adapts to change and delivers good outcomes for children and young people and to make.

The purpose of this post is to support the Team Manager in the management of all aspects of the team's work, including responsibility for quality of team's work, achieving agreed targets as evidence by Performance Indicators as they affect team, and staff supervision.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
