Midday Assistant - Primary School (East London)

Daily Rate: £15 per hour
Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday-Friday, lunchtime cover)

Remedy Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ilford, East London, to recruit a caring and reliable Midday Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity to support children's wellbeing during lunch and playtimes in a vibrant and supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground

• Promote positive behaviour, good manners, and inclusive play

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times

• Follow the school's safeguarding and health & safety procedures

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting

• Calm, friendly, and approachable manner

• Good communication and teamworking skills

• Basic understanding of health & safety and safeguarding practices

• First Aid trained (desirable but not essential)
