Mentor for students with SEMH/SEN Needs - Havering, East London


Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in one of our Alternate Provisions who cater for students with SEN & SEMH needs - these may be students that have been through difficult childhoods, in and out of foster care, ex-offenders or involved in gangs.

The school is based in Newham local to amenities and transport links.

The role will be working either in 1:1 or with small groups of students providing academic, social & emotional support to students and acting as a positive role model for the students. The role can be quite rewarding for the right candidate.

Ideally you will have experience working in schools, prisons or tutoring and supporting students with similar needs.
