Remedy Education are delighted to offer fantastic outreach and alternative education provision opportunities to Maths teachers and tutors in Newham.
Remedy have recently been commissioned to provide a range of learning support to students who have either been excluded, home educated, young offenders, teen parents, those with medical needs, and those with challenging behaviour as well as a range of SEN/D students.
Students would be taught in alternative provisions, outreach locations and the learner's own home. Candidates should be confident and inspired to reach out to these students, helping them to progress.
You should ideally have:
- Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum
- an enhanced DBS (ideally already registered on the update service)
- At least 2 years teaching or tuition experience in the UK
- A QTS or UK recognised teaching qualification
