Our client is looking for experienced Social Workers to backfill their internal staff who are moving to support hospital discharge in the community.

These individuals are from a variety of settings (hospitals, community teams, Learning Disability) so any Social Workers put forward will need to be flexible to work wherever they are required.

For now, this is a normal working pattern of Monday - Friday, 9am until 4.30pm.

You will need:

At least 6 months practical experience

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
