Seeking Passionate and Skilled Male SEN Tutors - North Northamptonshire

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors to join our team in North Northamptonshire. If you are passionate about supporting students with unique learning needs and thrive in a personalised, one-to-one teaching environment, we would love to hear from you.
A male tutor is preferred for certain student requirements.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience supporting students with SEN (e.g., Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, SEMH).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt lessons to a wide range of learning styles.

• Compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to student success.

• Qualifications in education or SEN-related fields (QTS / PGCE / SEN qualification preferred).

Role Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and resources tailored to the student's individual needs across core subjects and life skills.

• Deliver engaging, structured sessions that promote progress and confidence.

• Apply strategies to support emotional regulation and build self-esteem.

• Manage challenging behaviours with care, patience, and professionalism.

• Track learning progress and provide clear monthly reports.

• Engage in outdoor or nature-based learning activities where appropriate.

• Use visual communication tools where needed to support understanding.
