An amazing school is looking for a MALE SEN Teaching assistant to work with a range of needs from: Autism (ASD), ADHD and a range of behaviour issues. You may be required to help in supervising within the boys changing room, hence the male focus.

The School has an excellent support staff team who are committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education. If you are a graduate with a strong academic background and experience working in SEN, then this is the ideal role for you…!!

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Male Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

· Focus on supporting children with: Autism (ASD), ADHD and a range of behaviour issues

· Working alongside the Class Teacher & Schools SENCo following a learning plan

· Full-Time & Long-Term position - Scope for a permanent contract

· £70 per day - Will increase to a minimum of £75 per day after 12 weeks (Can be more)

· Located in East London.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· Must have a degree from a reputable University required

· Previous SEN experience is desirable, but not essential

· Must be confident within your ability and look to go above and beyond for the child

· Strong understanding of ADHD & SEN is required

· Must have a good understanding of behaviour management
