  • Implement behaviour management plans and strategies tailored to the individual's needs.
  • Support the student in developing positive coping mechanisms and decision-making skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with young people involved in gang culture or at risk of exclusion.

  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting young people.
  • The ability to build meaningful and trusting relationships with vulnerable students.

Why Join Us?

  • An opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young person.
  • Supportive leadership and professional development opportunities.
  • A rewarding role within a dynamic and dedicated team in Croydon.

If you are passionate about mentoring and supporting vulnerable young people and have the experience required to thrive in this role, we want to hear from you!
