The Social Workers in this team operate their own assessment service for 11-17 yr olds at risk of exploitation.

Social Workers do the Child & Families' assessments and will hold Children in Need plans if further intervention is required.

Social Workers in this team also do Southwark judgement assessments for homeless 16/17 yr olds.

The team offer a hybrid model of working, although each Social Worker will need to be on site once a week.
