Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Leasehold Officer for a Local Authority in East London.
Job Purpose
The role of the leasehold officer in PAM will be to: Prepare information packs to supplement invoicing of leaseholders at Section 22 stage Support the QS team in preparing financial details for leaseholders and provide assistance on determining rechargeable items of work Support any PAM officers with queries arising from Section 22 queries Act as a main point of contact between the leasehold services team and PAM on cross-working meetings and actions arising Working closely with the HoS to lead on the implementation of actions arising out of the Leasehold Services Improvement Board or Leasehold Services Audit Support the delivery teams in preparing information at Section 20 stage, and with providing responses to observations Support PAM in ensuring that recharge potential is maximised and that the team work to support targets in Leasehold Services for timely recovery Put in place a summary tracker of all schemes with rechargeable elements, to include key dates and recharge values to identify risks relating to overspends/additional works/emergency S20 requirements and support the delivery team in responding accordingly Occasional attendance at evening resident meetings, however, this duty should primarily fall to the leasehold services team.
You will need to be:
