Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Leasehold and Income Officer for a Local Authority in East London.

Job Purpose

Income and Dispute Resolution Officer - Role requires dealing with enquiries and complaints from customers. Some of these are in the form of defences put forward when we have taken a debtor to court for failing to pay service charges including demands for major works. The role also requires preparation of cases for court action (We use Money Claims Online). The officer will work with another officer on a patch of accounts, which they will be jointly responsible for. Experience in credit control and or answering complex enquiries is required. Experience of dealing with leaseholders is desirable. Good written skills required.

HCPC registered
