About the Job

SEN LSA to work with students aged 11-19 on a 1:1 basis. Our client is a specialist SEN school for students with various complex medical needs and associated learning difficulties.

Requirements

They are looking to appoint an LSA to join them for an ASAP start.

The school welcomes applications from those candidates who have a real empathy of working with Learners with complex needs and have a high ambition to really make a difference to these young people's lives.

Previous experience of working with student's/adults with complex needs is essential. Empathy and understanding are key to making a difference in this school.

Any additional training in the following areas are welcome:

• PECS
• Makaton
• Epi Pen Trained
• Epilepsy training

Our Client

Our client is a school for learners aged 11-19 who suffer from MLD/SLD/PMLD/ADHD/ASC and other associated complex needs.
