The School:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Plaistow is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The school is committed to providing a secure and supportive learning environment, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential. The Role:

• Supporting a child with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one basis.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA).
• Proven ability to support children with challenging behaviour.
• A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Available for an immediate start.
