Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
 - Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt instructional materials accordingly.
 - Assist in creating an inclusive and positive atmosphere within the classroom.
 - Work closely with teaching staff to address the needs of students and facilitate their engagement in lessons.
 - Support in monitoring and assessing the academic progress and social development of students.
 - Maintain accurate records of student achievements and challenges.
 - Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and other Learning Support Assistants.
 - Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall learning experience.
 - Foster positive communication with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a supportive network for each learner.
 - Provide regular updates on student progress to relevant stakeholders.
 
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
 - Relevant qualifications in education or special education.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
 - Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles.
 - Ability to follow instructions from teaching staff and work effectively within a team.
