Your new role

This role offers the flexibility of long term or day to day placements in various schools, giving you the opportunity to experience different types of schools with the potential of progress into a permanent role. Work is available across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 but we will always work and consult with you to ensure we are offering the right type of work. You will need to have a keenness in the wellbeing of children, teaching and education in general.

What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will need a minimum of a Level 3 Qualification to work as a Teaching Assistant, as well as the ability to engage, encourage and promote the learning and wellbeing of the students. You must have previous experience in a classroom environment and dealing with a range of students. Therefore, being adaptable is essential.
