The primary focus of this role within the Learning Disability Team is to undertake support plan reviews in order to identify efficiencies and potential reductions in the package costs.

The post holder will need to be a qualified social worker with experience of assessment, support planning and reviews. They will need to have experience of negotiating with providers and identifying areas where efficiency savings can be made. Risk assessment will be a necessary function within this process.

The post holder will also undertake the core work of the Learning Disabilities Team at times as a secondary function.
