Job description

This role will be to align the council's HRIS System (iTrent) with recruitment data from Oleeo (Recruitment System) & Matrix (agency System). Providing an accurate & robust system to all Oleeo & Matrix users. To be the first point of systems configuration related contact between all interested parties both internally & externally for matters related to the operation of the Oleeo/Matrix system.

- To manage the integrity and security of the both Oleeo & Matrix systems, including user profiles, and document for audit and control purposes

- To manage, in coordination with Oleeo & Matrix, system upgrades, patch installations and copy overs to ensure the performance and integrity of the live and configuration environments are maintained. Ensure that data quality management processes are followed.

- Responsible for system testing of all new functionality and system upgrades. Create test templates and fully document test results. - To analyse and interpret the impact to the system of any new initiatives that are introduced as part of the Council's ongoing strategies.

- Work closely with the Data & Digital, Resource and other HR colleagues to ensure that all administrative processes are efficient, stopping duplication of effort/paperwork and replacing manual procedures where possible.

- To help maintain the organisation structure (accurate position referencing) in both Matrix & Oleeo so that it fully integrates with iTrent and ensure that any structure changes do not affect the manual interface solutions. To perform duties consistent with the post as may from time to time be assigned to you from anywhere within the Council.

Qualifications/Knowledge and Experience

· Good Working knowledge of System Administration within iTrent, particularly data conversion.

· Experience of administration behind a recruitment new starter process

· Advanced excel, including VLOOKUPS and IF statement functions.

· Applies and shares knowledge and experience as necessary. Communication and Service Delivery

· Communicates clearly and persuasively, explaining complicated matters simply, tailoring delivery methods/media to suit the audience's needs and understanding.

· Provides feedback and recommendations on process change opportunities to HR management.

· Uses appropriate levels of IT skills to enable best use of available information and communications as necessary for the post.
