My client at the London Borough of Newham is currently recruiting for an IRO Manager to oversee the IRO Team.

Rate is £50 an hour Limited

Requirements for the Role

• To lead the business planning process for the IRO Team
• To lead on ensuring effective, outcome-focused systems are in place to review the plans for Looked After Children
• To advise the Service Manager on the development of Council child care policies and procedures
• To provide consultation on complex child care matters across the Directorate, to include team managers and social workers
• To carry out audits on social work practice, analyse and report on performance of the service

This vacancy will initially be for 3 months, with opportunity for extension there after.
