Housing & Delivery Regeneration Manager - South Gloucestershire Council - Up to £650 per day!

"We are currently looking for an Interim Housing Delivery and Regeneration Manager on a 6 month placement to help South Gloucestershire Council move forward with our ambition plans for future housing projects."

We will accept candidates who are looking to work circa 3 days + per week

This role will create a pipeline of housing project and will help us to develop how we manage housing project internally, bring teams from across the council together in a matrix structure to work in line with best practice. This is not about restructuring teams or moving people, it is about how we work best across team, sharing skills, knowledge and experience.

The successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running, We are looking someone at a senior manager level who can bring their experience in this area with them. Ideally they will be experienced in:

• Housing and regeneration projects
• Task & Finish projects
• Best practice on developing a matrix style team.
• Managing teams
