An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Programme to join us in leading our Safety Valve programme.

This is a high priority strategic programme aimed at developing better outcomes and efficiencies in our SEN service in Haringey.

What is the role?

* Act as a strategic partner to the Department for Education's (DfE) Delivering Better Value in SEND programme, proactively managing our programme to meet business objectives and priorities.

* Take senior-level responsibility for the strategic system-wide delivery of the Safety Valve programme, ensuring it is evidence-based and provides positive outcomes for children and families in Haringey.

* Lead the programme and ensure that it is performance-managed, complies with the relevant statutory and legislative framework, and achieves set efficiencies and targets.

* Provide effective leadership, project management, and strategic management.

* Building a working culture that encourages innovative, smart, and collaborative working, facilitating change and innovation.
