To be successful for this role you must be a member of a professional body aligned to Built Environment.

The successful worker will be responsible for assisting the Senior Projects manager in the delivery of the Council's Capital Planned Maintenance Programme including the council's carbon zero retro fit programme ensuring industry's best practice is adopted including scoping specifications, all aspects of the tendering process, evaluating bids and ensuring robust contract and monitoring processes are in place.

This is an ongoing role to start as soon as possible.
