This role involves;
- The recruitment and realignment of reporting lines Improvements in data security
- Improvement of Annual Service Charge calculation / accuracy
- Information flow with Asset Management & Enhanced Major Works / S20 consultation Clear final account backlog
- Further development of the Manage Arrears IT system
- Further development of Homeownership on-line solution Review of management charges and fees
- Review of Leaseholder / Freeholder Rules & Regulations Complete implementation of gas servicing arrangement for leaseholders
- Development of enhanced service offer for leaseholders
- Refresh of lease database Further development of major works tracker
- Review of Reserve Fund Lakehouse major works charges Overhaul of website, various literature and processes, thus enabling an 24 hour self service option.
