Graduate Learning support Assistant

Contract: Term-time, full-time (Mon-Fri | 8:15 - 16:00)

Salary: £95 - £120 per day | Start: ASAP

The opportunity
Join East London primary and specialist schools committed to inclusive education. As a Graduate Graduate Learning support Assistant , you'll work with pupils who have ASD, speech & language difficulties, learning delays or SEMH needs, supporting academic and social development across the curriculum.

Your duties

• Support class teachers with differentiated lessons in literacy, numeracy and play-based learning.

• Deliver focused interventions (phonics, number work, social-skills groups).

• Implement SEN strategies such as task analysis and visual prompts.

• Encourage positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.

• Record daily progress and communicate with the wider SEN team.

Suitable degrees include:
SEN/Inclusive Education | Education/Primary Education | Early Childhood Studies | English | Mathematics | Psychology | Speech & Language Therapy | Social Sciences | Criminology | Child Development | Neuroscience.
