These students will sometimes display Challenging Behaviour so you will have to ensure they're engaging in your lessons to keep them on track. To become a successful candidate for this PRU Food Technology Teacher role, its preferable if you have experience working inside of a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU).

The School - PRU Food Technology Teacher

This Pupil Referral Unit provides an alternative provision for students that have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and find it difficult to remain in a mainstream school setting. It is located in Enfield and can easily be found if you were to arrive via public transport. Around 50 students attend this PRU and after its latest inspection in 2019, Ofsted awarded the school a 'good' rating.
