About the role:

• Quality Assurance of third party FRAs.
• Street Property FRAs.
• Assisting with residential PEEPs.
• Technical fire safety lead for blocks within their patch.
• Supporting Building Safety Managers in preparing safety case reports.
• Regular fire safety inspections of medium rise blocks.
• Post fire investigations.
• Assisting LFB on audits.

About you:

• Essential = Minimum L4 certificate or equivalent.
• Essential = Membership of a professional fire safety body (e.g., IFSM, IFE).
• Desirable = Experience within the housing sector.
