You will have an organised and systematic approach which allows you to cater for the needs of each pupil in your class, and the communicative skills to establish a working dialogue with them as well. You will have a strong ability to keep pupils motivated in your lessons by delivering outstanding material that will inspire pupils with a love of English and learning.

About the English Teacher role
This English Teacher position involves teaching and working as a crucial part of the English faculty and you will be utilising the full-time support of a TA that while providing in class support, will also be shadowing you closely and picking up as much as possible towards their upcoming teacher training.
