A full-time, Social Worker is required to join the Lewes & North Wealden Neighbourhood Support Team.
This is an interesting post which offers the opportunity to work in partnership with people in a multi-disciplinary way towards promoting the independence of the adults we work with.

The post would offer the preferred candidate the opportunity to work in partnership with our clients undertaking Care Act (2014) compliant assessments, offering support, guidance and signposting where necessary.

You will need to be confident and competent in assessing risk, undertaking mental capacity assessments, to have knowledge of Safeguarding Adults practice and be willing to develop in these areas. This role will be home working for the foreseeable.
