For this Early Years Teaching Assistant position, you should be a confident graduate who has experience working with Primary aged children and at least received a 2:1 in your degree.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, my client a pre school based in Islington is looking for someone who has a sympathetic personality when supporting their pupils and an aptitude for relationship building. At this sociable school, as an Early Years Teaching Assistant you will be moving across the whole of the Early Years phase.

Part of your role will include covering the key elements of the curriculum in a creative and imaginative way that engages your students and encourages further learning.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be helping the staff plan and run the various extracurricular activities organised by the school. You will be given gradually more responsibilities, introduced at your own pace to more daily teaching duties as well as leading the whole classes.
