Our client is looking for a number of Social Workers to join their Mental Health team.

This role requires;

1. Experience completing social care needs assessments and safeguarding enquiries whilst meeting deadlines.
2. Person centred assessment skills whilst liaising with other professionals involved in the adult's wellbeing support.
3. Understanding of legislation applicable to adult social care: Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act 1998, Equality Act 2010, and Mental Health Act 1983 (2007).
