This role is for Qualified Social worker with 3 year's senior management experience of day to day operational responsibility for an integrated community team for people with learning disabilities .

Responsible for budget and performance management across health and social care organisation. Line management of social work team and health staff totalling 40 staff.

Responsible for social l care budget of approx £30 m. Extensive understanding of managing social care demand within limited budget resources and delivering budget efficiency's.
