Job description
This role is to join a project Referral and Assessment team as a Deputy Manager. In this role you will oversee a small team of workers clearing a backlog of initial assessment cases.
You will give clear support, guidance and regular supervision to the Social Workers in the team and ensure targets are hit.
This role will be for 6 months with the possibility of extension beyond this.
