Disrepair Administrator
Job description
Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Disrepair Administrator for a Local Authority in East London.
Job Purpose
This role would be responsible for working alongside the legal and the repairs team in disrepair cases. The would be responsible for pulling together all of the required information which was need in line with Legal Disrepair Protocol They would need to assess whether an internal or external surveyor was required to carry out the inspection and if an external surveyor was required they would need to appoint them in line with the Council Procedures Where works are identified they would be responsible for ordering the repairs on Northgate, supporting access arrangement with tenants and track the completion of repairs and arranging for a post work inspection to be undertaken to confirm the works are completed to the correct standard. They would be responsible for maintaining the database of disrepair properties and keeping the legal team update. A knowledge of housing repairs is essential, legal knowledge would be good. The would need to structured, organised and it is essential they are good at meeting deadlines.
You will need to be:
HCPC registered
