This fixed-term role until 31 March 2026 offers a unique opportunity to identify and analyse digital project requirements-pinpointing pain points, defining use cases, and weighing up potential solutions to improve Adult Social Care processes and outcomes. You'll work closely with ICT, Digital, and Business Change teams to develop a robust business case, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections, and ensure alignment with the Medway 2.0 programme.
