This role would be perfect for an Assistant Team Manager who is looking to step up as your title within the Local Authority will be Team Manager.

You must be able to make decisions effectively and efficiently to ensure the safety and smooth running of families entering the care system.

You must be HCPC registered for this role and have experience within Referral and Assessment or MASH at management level.
