Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Team Manager to work within a Early Intervention Service for a Local Authority based in West London.

Job Purpose

This is a is a multi-disciplinary service offering early help to children and families with targeted needs. There are two area-based teams in the Borough with professionals from a variety of backgrounds including mental health, family work, education and social work. The service is focused on offering a range of early interventions using a Team around the Family approach.

• The post-holder will manage a team of 8 workers of different disciplines which could include FSWs, SWs, EHAP SWs, domestic abuse workers, to name a few.
• You will need to ensure the effective running of the early intervention service for children, young people and their families supporting a model of direct work within timely, planned interventions.
• The role requires you to offer reflective and creative casework supervision, set clear direction for performance and enhance the use of professional expertise within the team.
• You will require a flexible problem-solving approach to ensure the service is clearly focused on achieving measurable outcomes for families.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
