Daily Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Romford, East London
Pay: £95 - £115 per day
Contract: Flexible, Daily Supply

Remedy Education are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our pool of daily supply staff working across primary and secondary schools in Romford.

This is a great opportunity for adaptable and proactive individuals who enjoy working with children and can step confidently into different classrooms to provide valuable support. Whether you are an experienced TA or looking to gain further experience across a range of schools, this flexible role offers the chance to make a real impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The role:

  • Provide general classroom support across various year groups and subjects

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and ensure a positive learning environment

  • Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them stay on task and engaged

  • Follow school policies and contribute to behaviour management and pupil wellbeing

  • Work flexibly across local schools depending on daily availability

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting

  • Be adaptable, punctual, and confident managing different classroom environments

  • Be a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Have a genuine passion for education and supporting children's learning

  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS certificate
